WHEDA's Workforce Home Price Estimator

If you live in a development that received Infrastructure Access or Vacancy-to-Vitality Funds during development, the resale price for homes in that development are restricted by Wisconsin state statute. If you bought a home in one of these developments, you were required to sign a Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) when you purchased your home.

The Home Price Estimator is intended to help such homeowners determine the maximum sales price that they can sell their home for. This is not a guarantee that you will receive this sale price when you place your house on the market, but it is the maximum you can accept in a home sale.

The Certified Purchase Price is evidence that you are complying with the restrictions in the LURA and will be required to be presented to your title company when you are ready to sell your home. Before listing or accepting any offer to purchase your home, a certificate should be requested.

Please contact workforcehousingsupport@wheda.com with any questions.

The Home Price Estimator will apply the annual percentage increase in the sale price of all residential housing for your county and will provide an estimated maximum sale price for your home. This maximum sale price will not be lower than the price for which you purchased your home.   If the tool returns a value below the price that you paid for your home, please contact WHEDA using the support email referenced above.
