Public Hearing Notices

The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) will hold public hearings regarding proposed uses of WHEDA’s unrestricted general reserves for fiscal year 2026. The hearings will be held at the following times and locations:

At the hearings, all persons will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to express their views regarding the possible use of WHEDA’s unrestricted general reserves for fiscal year 2026. Persons unable to attend may submit written comments by Tuesday, August 12th to Stacey Wagner, WHEDA, 908 East Main Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703 or via e-mail to stacey.wagner@wheda.com. Oral and written comments are considered by the Members of the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority. WHEDA will host a virtual public hearing from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2025, during which some of our staff members will be available to discuss the Revised Plan and Posted Documents and receive comments.
