Eligible borrowers can receive a reduced interest rate when buying a home in certain rural counties in Wisconsin. These counties are: Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Burnett, Clark, Crawford, Iron, Jackson, Juneau, Marinette, Marquette, Oconto, Rusk, Sawyer and Trempealeau.
