What's New in My Loan Online

 

A new service for our customers who already own a WHEDA Home. If you have a WHEDA-serviced loan, My Loan Online will allow you to access your mortgage loan information through wheConnect, our secure customer site.

If you are a borrower with a WHEDA-serviced loan, you can sign up for wheConnect, our secure customer site, which will allow you to access your mortgage loan information through the My Loan Online application.

The information you find under Frequently Asked Questions and in the Glossary will help you understand the benefits and responsibilities of Homeownership, and answer some questions that may come up in the months and years ahead.

My Loan Online

What is My Loan Online?

My Loan Online is an application that allows borrowers to access mortgage loan information, such as account history, taxes and insurance, and a year-end summary, through wheConnect, our Secure Customer Site.

Who can use it?

Only borrowers whose loans are serviced by WHEDA may access information. You will know you have a WHEDA-serviced loan if you send your mortgage payment directly to WHEDA.

If you are not sure about whether or not we service your loan, please call us at 1-800-562-5546. If your loan is serviced by a bank or mortgage company, you will need to contact your servicer.

How to Sign Up for My Loan Online

You can self-register for My Loan Online. Just click here and follow the steps to create an account. Once you have an account you can access your loan anytime by clicking on the wheConnect Login button to the left in the sidebar.
