How to Use Easy Close

Looking for help with down payment and closing costs? When you qualify for a WHEDA® Home Loan, you may qualify for an Easy Close Loan.
To use Easy Close with a WHEDA mortgage, contact a WHEDA lender, who will ask you questions about your financial situation and credit history.
Your lender will check to make sure your total household income is within the limits for the county in which you want to live.
Your lender will evaluate your employment, financial and credit information and let you know what price house you can afford. Mention that you want an Easy Close Loan so that this can be taken into consideration for your financial situation.
Find your home.
Your lender will send in your Home Loan and Easy Close applications to us. After your loan is approved, you’ll sign a few forms at your loan closing.
